To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do send your purchase back to us before email us.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You can cancel your order within 24 hours through our customer service email.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or call us if you have any questions.
